Sportsbook Retail Customer Experience Champion

BoyleSports in Coalisland is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Retail team. You will ensure an outstanding customer experience, assist with day-to-day shop operations, and accurately process bets and payments in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Shop Manager, you will help manage the team, open and close the shop, uphold presentation standards and comply with all safety and mixed-channel betting procedures, contributing to service excellence across the business.
