Throughcare Community Worker – Hybrid Role with Impact

Sacro is recruiting a Throughcare Community Worker (Lanarkshire) to support individuals returning to the community after short-term sentences or remand. The role is primarily remote with travel to Edinburgh/Glasgow hubs and partner sites, and includes pre-release planning and community connection duties.

The post is a 1 FTE fixed-term contract to 31 March 2028. A SVQ level 3 or equivalent education is desirable, with a valid driving licence and proficiency in Microsoft tools essential.
