Youth Interventions Lead – Targeted Programs & Outreach

Change Grow Live in Croydon is seeking a Targeted Interventions Coordinator to design and lead innovative support for young people, coordinating outreach, group programmes and early intervention initiatives.

You will build partnerships with schools and services, train staff, use data to improve services, and support volunteers and youth ambassadors while ensuring safeguarding and accurate record-keeping.
