Customer-Focused Auto Service Advisor

Mon Motors Limited is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for customers during their vehicle’s time on site and to ensure an outstanding service experience from start to finish.

You will manage customer interactions, coordinate workshop scheduling, and maintain high service standards with strong organisation and attention to detail. Previous customer-facing experience, ideally in automotive, is preferred.
