Empathetic Customer Care Advisor – 20h/wk

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to take telephone and internet orders and make outbound courtesy calls. This part-time role covers 20 hours per week over any 5 of 6 days, with a focus on warm, empathetic customer care for an elderly customer base.

You will handle order processing, update records, assist drivers, and promote our nutritious meals while seeking new business opportunities.
