Protocol Education is seeking passionate individuals from creative backgrounds to join a primary special needs school as teaching assistants. You’ll use art, music, drama, and other creative strengths to boost engagement and help pupils access the curriculum with confidence.
No prior school experience is required; on-site training and ongoing support are provided. You’ll support a small class of 6–8 pupils, deliver 1:1 and small-group support, and work closely with the class teacher to implement
