Employee Communications & Engagement Lead

DCC Energy GB is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to inform, connect and engage colleagues across our multi-site organisation. You’ll create compelling content, support campaigns and events, manage internal channels and help connect teams across various locations.

Working closely with the Head of Culture & Communications, you’ll shape the colleague experience, ensure relevant communications, and contribute to a dynamic, inclusive workplace across the UK.
