Dynamic Events Coordinator – Private Events & Budgets

Soho House in Oxford is looking for an Events Coordinator to act as the primary contact for private event inquiries, providing detailed responses on venue availability, costs and catering options. You will coordinate logistics, liaise with the lead booker, and ensure questions are answered promptly to enhance the member experience.

You will work closely with the Events team to monitor budgets, collate function sheets, and forecast financial outcomes using Google Docs.
