Support Care Worker: Flexible Shifts & Real Impact

Crooton ltd in Uckfield, East Sussex, is seeking a compassionate Support Care Worker focused on learning disabilities to assist with daily living and emotional support.

You will work on a rota across shifts from 07:00–22:00, including evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-ins. Full-time or part-time contracts are available, with a pro rata salary of £24,785 per annum plus enhancements and benefits.

All applicants should be able to plan around a 4-week rota in advance to balance personal life.
