Are you passionate about creating engaging digital campaigns and using data to drive better results? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our marketing team on a temporary maternity cover basis.
In this role, you will work closely with the wider marketing team to plan, deliver and evaluate digital marketing activity that helps strengthen our online presence and engage key audiences. You’ll take a lead role in delivering campaigns across social media, email marketing and digital advertising platforms, using insight and analytics to inform decisions and improve performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing and other digital channels.
- Create, deploy and optimise email marketing campaigns, including audience selection, content formatting and A/B testing.
- Monitor and manage social media activity, scheduling content, engaging with posts and analysing performance.
- Collect, analyse and report on campaign data, providing recommendations to improve future activity.
- Research market trends and audience insights to help inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update email subscriber data to support marketing activity.
- Update and optimise website content to improve search engine optimisation (SEO) and GEO/AIO performance.
- Monitor website traffic and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and performance.
- Produce clear reports and present findings to support data-driven decision making.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- At least two years’ experience using digital marketing platforms, including analytics, social media management and email marketing tools.
- Experience leading digital campaigns from concept through to delivery, ongoing management and performance reporting.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Snap, TikTok and Google Ads.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including copywriting for web, email and social media, content management system experience, data analysis, paid social advertising and excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria
- Accreditation or certification in Google Analytics or a similar platform.
- Experience working with WordPress or other website content management systems and using Looker Studio.
- Experience creating digital and social media content, particularly within education, the public sector or another regulated environment.

- Salary: Grade 4 (£27,944 – £30,468)
- Actual Salary: £22,040.34 – £24,031.10
- Contract Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover)
- Hours: 28 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Reporting Line: Web Developer

The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
