Trauma-Informed Residential Care Worker

Kites Children’s Services is seeking a Residential Children’s Support Worker to join its therapeutic home in Westcliff-on-Sea. You’ll help create a safe, stable environment where children who have faced adversity can feel valued, understood and supported.

You’ll work varied shifts, build trusted relationships with young people and support routines, education, activities and family contact while using trauma-informed approaches.
