Kier Group is seeking a Graduate Construction Design Manager to join the Northampton-based construction team on a permanent, full-time 2-year pathway that leads to an assistant level role with potential salary up to £38k.

You’ll coordinate and manage the design aspects of projects from inception to completion, supporting collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors and clients, and gaining hands-on experience under seasoned mentors.
