Strategic Account Manager – SME Growth (Hybrid)

Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking an Account Manager to join the SME Account Management Team at our Head Office in Darlington. Hybrid working is available after probation, with a focus on growing client accounts and supporting learners on our digital apprenticeship programmes.

The ideal candidate will have prior Account Management experience, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to collaborate with Coaches and internal teams to deliver strong learner outcomes.
