Field Renewable Energy Sales — Uncapped Commission

Aira seeks a proactive field sales representative to visit customers at home and close deals on heat pumps, solar, insulation, and other green tech across the UK. You will educate customers about heat pumps and energy solutions, generate leads, and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot.

With full UK driving access, you’ll be trained at the Aira Academy and encouraged to meet KPIs. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and benefits like health plan, pension, and company EV fuel
