New Homes Sales Exec – Shared Ownership, Cambridge +35% Commission

Latimer, part of Clarion Housing Group, seeks a New Homes Sales Executive to drive the full sales cycle for multiple residential developments in the Cambridge area. You’ll be the buyer’s main contact from first enquiry through to completion, promoting homes and partner services.

Must have property sales experience with Shared Ownership, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and with external partners. Weekend work is required within a five-day week.
