If you have at least 12 months' direct experience delivering housing-related support services, we would love to hear from you.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Senior Support Worker will assist with the supervision, mentoring, coaching and development of the Support Team, helping to ensure that people at risk of homelessness who access our services receive high-quality, person-centred and trauma-informed support.
As an excellent role model, you will take a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of support across the service, through the monitoring, guidance and development of staff performance. You will help create a positive and supportive working environment that promotes best practice and achieves positive outcomes for service users.
Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence, have access to a vehicle, and be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (Adult and Child Workforce). The cost of the disclosure will be covered by the company where required.
