The role is primarily focused on air conditioning service and maintenance, but you’ll also support wider general building maintenance alongside other trades.The client delivers full M&E coverage across the estates. AC, gas, heating, plumbing and electrical services.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out service, maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs on AC systems across supermarket sites.Work on a range of equipment including splits, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs and associated HVAC plant.Support general maintenance tasks across the estate (basic plumbing, minor electrical, fabric repairs, etc.).Complete compliance paperwork, job sheets and site reports accurately.Liaise with store teams and helpdesk to ensure smooth delivery of works.Participate in a 1-in-4/5 call-out rota (£250 standby payment). xwwtmva Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism across all sites.Package & BenefitsUp to £42,200 basic salary42.5 hour week, Monday–FridayDoor to door pay25 days holiday + bank holidays1-in-4/5 call-out rota with £250 standbyCompany van, fuel card, tools, uniformTraining and development across wider M&E trades…
