Senior Mechanical Design Manager — Lead Design Team

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Design Manager – Mechanical for a South London role. The candidate will lead the mechanical design team, drive design across multiple projects, and ensure designs are technically sound, buildable and commercially sensible.

The role requires a strong mechanical building services background, experience leading or mentoring a design team, and the ability to challenge designs while coordinating with consultants, clients and project teams.
