equirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous school-based TA experience
• Strong SEND experience
• Experience supporting Autism, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs desirable
• Confident managing behaviour and supporting emotional regulation
• Caring, patient and consistent approach
• Able to work effectively as part of a wider school team
