Chef de Partie — Craft Seasonal Dishes, Training & Perks

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across cosy pubs and brasseries. You will contribute to fresh, seasonal dishes and work across at least two sections, following established recipes.

The role requires 3–4 years’ experience in a service setting and solid knife skills, with a focus on classical techniques. We offer a competitive hourly rate up to £13.10 plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings of £15–£15.50 including TRONC.
