Strategic HR & People Director — Healthcare Growth

KIMS Hospital Group is seeking a Director of HR & People to lead the Group HR & People strategy across KIMS, Lyca Health and OES brands. You will act as a trusted adviser to the Hospital Director, SLT and Board, guiding complex people matters and shaping a forward-looking culture across multiple sites.

You will drive organisational change, governance and capability building, while overseeing the PeopleXD HR system and ensuring data-driven decisions that support outstanding patient care.
