Commissions Transformation Lead — Data, Automation & Governance

BT Group is seeking a Commissions Transformation Manager to own the end-to-end commissions operating model for UK sales teams. You will shape processes, data flows and governance to ensure simple, fair and commercially effective reward systems across the business.

You’ll lead model design, drive automation, improve data quality and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, while guiding system changes and controls across the function.
