Technical Delivery Lead — Secure Software Releases

Cytix is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to turn our product roadmap into predictable, high-quality releases. You will lead day-to-day delivery with the CTO and a distributed team of engineers across Manchester and beyond, coordinating delivery and removing blockers.

You’ll work to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure release readiness while reporting progress to stakeholders. This is a hands-on delivery role with emphasis on structure, accountability, and scalable processes.
