Construction Health & Safety Lead

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to own the HSE function across our construction operations. You will work hands-on on site with the project teams and subcontractors while also shaping strategy with senior management.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will develop policies, run audits, manage RAMS, lead investigations, and drive a culture of proactive safety and continuous improvement across the organisation.
