Lead Product Owner – Voice SVS, Genesys Cloud CX

HSBC is seeking an experienced Product Owner – Voice SVS to lead end-to-end voice capabilities on the Genesys Cloud CX platform. You will own the vision, roadmap and backlog for IVR, routing, outbound dialler integrations and telephony services—aligning with architecture, security and operational standards.
