Director of Housing Services & Resident Engagement

Camden London Borough Council is seeking a senior leader to head a major housing service. You will lead a team of around 500 colleagues responsible for estate management, leaseholder services, resident participation, housing contact centres and income collection.

You will bring energy and strong relational leadership to improve services for tenants and leaseholders, navigate regulatory challenges, and ensure residents’ voices are central to housing delivery. Closing date: 6 November 2026.
