Founding Product Engineer, HealthTech Platform

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a first-engineer to work directly with the CEO, owning features end-to-end, and helping shape the platform used by hundreds of pharmacies. You will write in TypeScript/React across the full stack on Azure, with a bias toward delivery speed and high quality in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will help build the data layer for community healthcare, integrate with NHS workflows, and define architectural patterns for fast, safe product development.
