Lifecycle Communications Architect for Member Engagement

Canvas8 is seeking a lifecycle communications specialist to shape and write every message our members receive as they move through their membership. You will set the messaging framework, tone and cadence for member communications, then design and write the sequences that bring each lifecycle moment to life.

This is a craft-led, strategic role working with our lifecycle and PostHog specialist. You will own the strategy, craft and system to keep messages clear, useful and on-brand across segments
