Disney is seeking a Product Design and Development Manager to lead the creative vision for Health & Beauty products across EMEA. You will shape briefs, guide concepts, and align teams, licensees and retail partners around a unified design ambition.

You’ll champion quality, manage key licensee accounts, and develop a high-performing design team while driving engaging storytelling aligned with global brand pillars. London-based, onsite four days weekly.
