Wyboston Lakes is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the venue’s F&B team. You will work closely with staff to ensure smooth service, manage training, and maintain high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage shifts on a rota basis across seven days. Training and career development will be provided within a supportive management team.
