Regional Retail Leader — Luxury Fashion (UK & Europe)

Kate Spade NewYork is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across the UK & Mainland Europe. You will partner with Store Managers to drive sales, profitability, and excellent customer experience, while ensuring brand standards and effective stock flow across locations.

The role requires extensive travel, strong leadership, and collaboration with head office to implement promotions and seasonal strategies. Hybrid working is offered with in-office days portion of the workweek.
