Standalone In-House Counsel – Construction Contracts

Artemis Human Capital is helping a Belfast-based organisation recruit an experienced In-House Legal Counsel with a construction focus. The role is full-time and hybrid, reporting to the Board and owning the legal function.

You will lead drafting and negotiation of construction and commercial contracts, advise on JCT and NEC, and support procurement through project delivery, while managing external advisers as needed.
