Hybrid Compliance Manager – ISO, ESG & Regulatory Excellence

Ohme is seeking a Compliance Manager to own our policy and compliance framework in a hybrid London role. You will oversee ISO certifications, licensing and registrations, and the policies that support our growth.

You will run audits, support tenders, automate work where possible, and liaise with stakeholders across teams to ensure regulatory excellence in the UK, EU and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance strategic oversight with practical delivery.
