Spectra Logic is seeking a Tier 1 Systems Support Technician for our 24/7 Technical Support team in Bracknell, UK. You will provide world-class hardware and firmware support for Spectra Logic libraries and disk products, resolving issues by phone and email while delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with backup software, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills; overnight travel may be required.
