The King Alfred School is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our central IT team, delivering responsive technical support across our trust’s schools. You will triage tickets via phone, email and our web portal, ensuring swift resolutions and a strong focus on first-time fixes.
Based in the trust’s schools network, you will work with Infrastructure Engineers and external vendors, travelling to sites as required to install and configure hardware and provide hands-on training and support.
