Onsite Desktop Support Engineer – Windows & ITSM Expert

Computacenter is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in Glasgow to provide hands-on technical support across a busy environment. You will resolve incidents, fulfill service requests and ensure a high-quality support experience for users.

Key duties include 2nd line incident resolution to SLA, maintaining a low incident rate, and assisting with project tasks. The role requires Windows 10/11 expertise, strong Office proficiency, and ITSM knowledge. Onsite, full-time, in the UK.
