Mars Petcare’s Melton Mowbray factory is seeking an Electrical & Controls Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of high-speed processing equipment. You will troubleshoot and maintain automated systems, work with ABB/Kuka robotics and Allen Bradley PLCs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This role offers a competitive salary with a £5,000 welcome bonus, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, with a 12-hour shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off).
