Site-Based Technical Support Engineer: Diagnose & Resolve

SPT Labtech is seeking a site-based Technical Support Engineer at our Melbourn, Cambridgeshire centre. You will diagnose and resolve issues remotely across our liquid handling and sample management portfolio, supporting Field Service Engineers and acting as a key technical advisor to customers.

Based in Melbourn five days a week with no overnight travel, you’ll build deep product knowledge and have a clear path into senior technical or product roles as you develop your career with us.
