IT Service Desk Analyst — Microsoft 365 & Cyber Security

Marshall Wolfe is recruiting a Service Desk Analyst to join our client in Ipswich on an office-based basis. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering first-line assistance across the organisation and helping users with Microsoft 365, Windows devices, and business applications.

You will troubleshoot issues, assist with onboarding, configure devices, and contribute to service improvements, while maintaining excellent customer service and proactive ownership of incidents.
