Construction Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you will coordinate the delivery of multiple housing projects within current development programmes, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape project outcomes and support delivery planning. You will engage stakeholders, capture needs, and translate them into actionable activities and materials. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering a substantial housing programme and contributing to Clarion’s growth and mission.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multiple projects within current and upcoming development programmes
• Manage delivery of research, workshops, and activities to specify and agree project deliverables
• Engage with internal and external development partners to support project goals
• Identify stakeholders, understand their needs and concerns, and respond with meetings and events
• Draft materials to promote understanding and commitment among stakeholders

Key requirements

• Minimum HNC qualification or equivalent in development delivery or construction-related field
• Proven experience in housing development or other property-based commercial organisations
