Overview

In this role, you will drive evidence-based analysis to turn strategic intent into tangible change across EDF power solutions. You’ll work within the Business Process Transformation team to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and shape target operating models that unlock value. You’ll build the evidence needed for investment decisions and help establish consistent BA practices across the organisation. This hybrid role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams in Durham or London and the chance to influence transformation at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Validate problems, concepts and target operating model thinking before requirements gathering
  • Support workshops, stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis to define clear outcomes
  • Produce business cases, options appraisals and process analyses for complex transformations
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reporting for decision-making
  • Establish business analysis standards and best practices across the organisation
  • Identify improvement opportunities and shape evidence for investment and change adoption

Key requirements

  • Significant business analysis experience in complex organisations where analysis informed investment or transformation decisions
  • Ability to test concepts, problem definitions and operating model thinking before detailing requirements
  • Facilitate requirements gathering with diverse stakeholders and translate needs into prioritised, traceable requirements
  • Produce value, cost and benefits analyses to support portfolio and change decisions
  • Requirements analysis and documentation including elicitation, workshop facilitation, prioritisation, traceability and change control
