IT Procurement & Asset Management Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will support Bodycote’s global IT procurement and asset management function, ensuring accurate records, compliant processes and smooth operations. You’ll handle procurement administration, purchase orders, invoices, and IT asset lifecycle activities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You will work in a fast‑paced, international context and help optimise processes in a newly created role. Responsibilities

• Own procurement administration, purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain IT asset records and lifecycle activities
• Ensure processes run efficiently and records remain accurate and compliant
• Provide support to global teams and stakeholders
• Document processes and support process improvement efforts

Key requirements

• Experience using ticketing, service management or workflow systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
• Experience documenting processes or creating process maps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and take ownership
• Proactive, curious and self-motivated
• Experience across countries, cultures or time zones (advantage)
• Interest in procurement, supplier management, commercial operations or IT asset management
