Overview
In this role you will design and maintain training content using company platforms and authoring tools, collaborating with subject matter experts to build engaging e-learning materials. You will publish and manage digital courses in the LMS, test tools, and support new training initiatives. You’ll provide admin support to the Training Projects team and troubleshoot learning platforms. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that contributes to scalable, standards-aligned training programs.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain training courses using Totara and authoring tools (Synthesia, iSpring)
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and develop learning content
- Format, publish and maintain digital training materials, e-learning modules, guides, and assessments
- Upload, test and manage course content within the LMS
- Troubleshoot and test learning platforms and authoring tools
- Support development of new training projects
- Provide general administrative support to the Training Projects team
- Adapt workload as needed under management guidance
Key requirements
- Previous administration experience in a training environment
- HR/training qualification is desirable
- Experience with EASA PART 145 or PART 147 environments desirable
- Experience with E-learning systems and packaging using e-learning mediums desirable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
