Lead Technical Program Manager – CTO Enterprise Services & Platforms

Overview

In this Lead Technical Program Manager role within the CTO – Enterprise Services & Platforms, you drive delivery of complex technology programs that support business goals across the firm. You combine program leadership with data engineering depth to shape modern data platforms in a regulated financial services environment. You navigate ambiguity with strong analytical reasoning, align initiatives with business priorities, and influence senior stakeholders to enable decision-making. You contribute to operational plans, risk management strategies, and governance to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery
• Own end-to-end CI/CD management for program delivery, including pipelines, build, test, security scanning, deployment, validation, and rollout controls
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis while ensuring data sensitivity handling
• Identify and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans to maintain momentum
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
• Produce executive-level reporting and narratives translating technical topics into actionable insights for senior leaders
• Apply advanced analytics to assess program performance and drive data-driven improvements
• Champion agile delivery practices, governance routines, and a culture of learning and innovation
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with appropriate human review

Key requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness
• Strong stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and clients
• Proven track record managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile setting
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into tasks
