Overview

In this Engineering Manager role, you lead a critical function within a growing, high-performance manufacturing environment. You will steer the engineering project pipeline, plan resources, and ensure on-time delivery, shaping an increasingly structured and data-driven engineering team. You’ll influence processes across Engineering and Quality to raise standards and performance. This is a chance to drive NPD and continuous improvement in a precision-engineering setting. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from brief through to production
• Coach and develop the Engineering and Quality teams
• Drive NPD, process improvement and continuous improvement across Engineering and Manufacturing
• Own the engineering project pipeline, resource planning and programme delivery

Key requirements

• Experience in a senior engineering, programme or Engineering Management position
• Strong SolidWorks skills
