Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions (M&A, venture capital, private equity)
• Oversee cross-border projects and international matters
• Drive a portfolio of high-value deals with strategic impact
• Own key client relationships and provide senior client leadership
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues
• Shape the strategic direction of the corporate team

Key requirements

• 5-7 years’ PQE in a corporate practice (regional or City)
• Experience leading complex transactions with commercial awareness
• Strong technical grounding in corporate law
