Overview

As a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation, you will own and steer multiple transformation engagements from strategy to delivery, guiding senior stakeholders and building high-performing teams. You’ll shape finance operating models, design SSC transitions, and drive efficiencies across P2P, O2C, and R2R, FP&A, and planning redesigns. You’ll lead automation and technology-enabled change, including RPA, process mining, and AI readiness work, while ensuring value through governance and performance improvements. Responsibilities

• Lead SSC design, transition, and outsourcing readiness projects
• Drive finance operating model transformation
• Optimize processes across P2P, O2C, and R2R
• Lead FP&A and performance reporting transformation
• Redesign budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
• Oversee automation, RPA, process mining, and tech enablement
• Conduct AI readiness assessments, use-case development, governance, and implementation planning
• Perform finance benchmarking and maturity assessments
• Manage post-acquisition integration and carve-out programmes

Key requirements

• Significant experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Change, or Management Consulting
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation engagements
• Deep understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes
• Experience advising CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance stakeholders
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and programme leadership capabilities
• Experience managing teams in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Commercial awareness with engagement budgets and delivery performance
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and technology-enabled change
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
• Experience contributing to proposals, bids, and business development activity
