Overview
In this role, you will join the Residential Property team to manage a caseload of residential transactions and provide expert advice to clients. You will work across Tamworth and/or Stourbridge offices, collaborating with a supportive team to deliver high-quality service. Responsibilities
- Manage residential property caseloads with accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and maintain client relationships for new and existing matters
- Act as a fee earner contributing to team performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality conveyancing and advisory support
- Contribute to the firm’s reputation by handling exceptional quality work
- Support business development and cross-functional collaboration within the team
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent with residential property experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in residential property matters
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to work as part of a strong team and as a fee earner
- Flexible to work across two offices (Tamworth and/or Stourbridge)
