Manager, Product Operations

Overview

In this role you lead the Card Fulfilment team to ensure reliable BAU supply chain operations. You drive forecasting, demand planning and distribution of card components, working with manufacturing, print and distribution vendors. You monitor SLA compliance and quality, manage daily order and invoicing processes, and identify improvements for scale. You collaborate with Global and Regional product teams to keep card collateral up to date and support growth in prepaid sectors. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, customer-focused unit.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and demand planning for card and collateral components
• Coordinate with vendors in manufacturing, printing, and distribution
• Manage SLA adherence and quality monitoring
• Oversee daily Card Fulfilment operations: orders, PO/PR, and invoicing
• Identify and implement process improvements for growth and scalability
• Facilitate distribution and shipping as needed
• Support vendor management and monthly service reviews

Key requirements

• Experience leading a supply chain function with international shipping
• Demonstrable people leadership experience
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Organized with issue logging/tracking
• Proficient with MS tools and some knowledge of AI for data analysis
• Proficient English skills; other languages advantageous
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
