Associate (NQ-3 PQE) – Private Client (Private Property)

Overview

In this role you join a national private client team focusing on high-value property matters for HNW and UHNW clients. You will handle a varied caseload, work under supervision, and draft with precision while applying commercial judgment. You’ll support partners with client development and contribute to knowledge initiatives, all within a collaborative, supportive environment. The opportunity offers strong development pathways and exposure to complex property transactions.

Key requirements

• NQ-3 years’ PQE
• Experience as a generalist property lawyer within a Private Client context
• Interest in landed estates, agricultural or rural property (desirable)
• Autonomous and collaborative working style
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible, proactive approach to work
